This Privacy Statement discloses the types of information we collect, how it is used and to whom it is disclosed. Personally identifiable information collected by Prince County Hospital Foundation may include name, address, age, e-mail address, telephone numbers and, if necessary to process payments, banking information from donations made to PCH Foundation. This helps track a donor's giving in the event that they may need their history or for our own tax purposes. This information may be used for annual mail-outs from PCH Foundation. These mail-outs include our Annual Equipment Fund Campaign “Vital Signs” or Lights for Life, as well as our newsletter.

Only employees while performing their duties and, at PCH Foundation’s discretion, contracted professional services that require access to personally identifying information in order to discharge these duties or perform these services are granted access to such information. PCH Foundation only conducts business with third parties whose privacy practices are in keeping with PCH Foundation’s standards.

Support PCH Foundation

PCH Foundation respects the privacy of its donors. PCH Foundation may collect the names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and, where applicable, banking or credit card information from donors and sometimes the names of their spouses. We do so in order to process payments and pledges and send donors the tax benefits for which they are eligible. This donor information is retained in a database maintained on PCH Foundation’s secure server. Online pledges are made via a secure connection such that personal information is encrypted to prevent it from being read or intercepted by others.

If you submit information through our contact form or make a donation, we use reasonable safeguards and encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) to help protect that information. Data is stored in Canada.
